“I’ve always loved building things with my own hands,” says Evan Kiktavi, founder of Kiktavi Build. He comes from a family of builders and designers. As a teenager he worked on design and build sites with his mom, learning the importance of both function and form. When he launched Kiktavi Build in 2011, his goal was to carry on that legacy of intention and quality.   

Kiktavi Build started as a general contractor working on residential homes in Southern California. Word of the team’s quality work and incredible customer experience spread quickly.
